I had a wonderful visit today getting my weekly groceries. The seafood department especially impressed me with their 6 types of oysters. Tommy, who was working the counter should get major props for being so friendly and helpful. His smile and personality sure made my day.

Best grocery store around with the best quality food. It's pricey so I usually go for special dietary restrictive foods, meats (the best) and produce, especially fruit. They carry local strawberries and blueberries! Great service with a smile! Love their flowers too!

I really love Whole Foods. The fruits, vegetables upon walking in the door are all fresh. The isle are clearly marked and clean. If you are an Amazon prime member they have deals. So, look for the signs Amazon prime member deal. I love the food bar because they have a variety of food for all from Vegan to vegetarians. It is by the weight so be careful lol . The bakery has options as well. Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter they have dinners you can order either online, using the app or in person. Make sure to place your orders early sometimes they run out. The ham and turnkey is delicious! Sides come with the dinners also I particularly like the sweet potato casserole!

My husband and I always got our groceries here when we lived in Wilmington. In our opinion, they have the best selection in Wilmington, especially if you like to eat healthy and organic foods. They also offer a lot of specialty items like gluten free and dairy free alternatives. We would go into the store or order delivery through Amazon Prime, and it was always a positive experience. The store itself is very clean, orderly, and stocked well. It was always easy to find the items we were looking for and the employees were always very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a good spot to get groceries in Wilmington, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. They have a lot of staple items plus we would always find fun little snacks and treats to try here too! Also, if you love plants like us, they do usually have a little plant selection at the entrance.

This Whole Foods has been the closest thing I have to an all around go to in Wilmington so far. They don't have everything I need for the most reasonable pricing but very close. I come here most for their smoothies, Runa energy drinks, kale and green beens from the veggies layout, apples, Nugo protein bars, supplement info (but too high of prices), vegan and vegetarian soups and chillis, milk alternatives like hemp and oat, and some GF snacks on occasional sale. There's 2 things I really can't wait to see come to Wilmington and those are kombucha beers and non-dairy, low sugar probiotics which all Whole Foods in my previous county had. Whole Foods here has 2 (?) sauerkraut options, coconut yogurt, and gut/wellness shots + tons of regular kombucha brands and flavors but no beers or good probiotic drinks yet - Goodbelly is the best but they have lots of sugar and range from $3-5. The orchid selection is surprisingly huge and well priced for how large they are. I love that this store carries a wide selection of Coastal Succulent arrangements in adorable pots (really great for gifts and last so much longer than flower bouquets). The cards and flower section is pricey but an easy go to if you're on the bad side with you wife and need a quick stop shop on the way home. Since being bought out, Whole Foods now offers Amazon Prime member discounts. You have to download the app and show it in store and I believe it like 10% off sales prices and a couple other little discounts like that. Nothing crazy but it's something, and really helps when you're paying that dollar extra to buy something organic instead of regular. The parking lot is huge, staff are kind and plentiful, every time I've gone lines are short if not non-existent, and it doesn't take much to get a hold of fresh over the counter food staff member. They will also work with you to adjust your smoothie options due to allergies and preference for no cost which is awesome. You'll see me back soon!
